Georgetown Partnership is a commercial real estate investment company owned and managed by Robert Pond, Ryan Black and Aaron Karasik. The partnership was formed in 2015 to identify and acquire value-oriented real estate investment opportunities.

Georgetown Partnership seeks out commercial real estate deals with an inherent value or value-add opportunity; the partnership looks for deals that require hands-on, operational focus and provide an appropriate, risk-adjusted return for investors.

The partnership’s collective background and expertise includes office, retail and industrial assets. In recent years, the partners have been involved in the acquisition/investment, leasing or management of over 2M square feet of real estate in various capacities.

Georgetown Partnership is an affiliated company of Perimeter Commercial Real Estate, a commercial real estate leasing and brokerage firm. The affiliation between both companies allows Georgetown Partnership to be active in the market and understand the nuances and pitfalls of various opportunities.
